Born in Pennsylvania, 3/10/1941, raised in York and Fort Lauderdale Fl. Education: Florida Military Academy, Bob Jones Academy, Palm Beach Community College, Devry Technical, Elkins Electronics School, University of Chicago, USMC Communications Sergeant/Amtrak Driver.

Worked in TV as an intern 1955 York, PA WNOW CH 49 and WSBA CH 43. Worked at WMFP (Now Y-100) Fort Lauderdale as Engineer. Later purchased the station. Engineer for Ch 12 Palm Beach, Built WAEZ (94.9) Miami Beach 1963, Built WMJR Fort Lauderdale 1965. Purchased WMJR (Y-100) 1966 sold to Heftel Broadcasting in 1972. Built Pirate Radio Station, “Radio London”, 1965 off coast of England. Built Radio Sonorama Panama City Panama 1974. Southeast Sale Manager for Schafer Electronics, Chatsworth California 1969. Purchased WIZD and WFTP Fort Pierce Florida 1972, sold in 1981. Co- purchased Candelabra, Tower Hollywood Fl 1968 with Joe Amaturo sold in 1984. 1049 foot Communications tower.

Co founded Lodestar Tower and International Communications Management  North Palm Beach 1984, sold in 1989. Built Orange City 1,749 foot tower, Jacksonville 1,049 foot tower, New Orleans 1,049 foot tower, Gandy Bridge St. Pete 649 Foot tower, North Palm Beach 549 foot tower. Many of these tower became part of American Tower, who now owns 35,000 towers.

Built and Partnered in the Radio Colorado Network (Pilgrim Communications) 1996 to present: 1060 Denver, 50,000 watts, Colorado Springs 1580, 10,000 watts, Vail AM 610, 5,000 watts, Buena Vista 1450 and Gunnison FM 102.3 KVLE.

Built and owned  Global American Broadcasting Network 2000 to 2015. National producer and distributor of radio and internet programs.

Built www.ClassicAmerica.net and www.MostlySinatra.com  Internet stations 2010-current.

Built and Operate Global American Enterprises Inc. 1992-. GAE is a Technical Operations Center for Radio station including  Catholic Stations WJPP Stuart Fl, WPBV Palm Beach FL, 10,000 AM KFCS Colorado Springs. Built Faith Fit Radio and Buena Nuena FM for the Diocese of Orlando.
